HEDBERG AND SON offers yearly or on request inspections where a qualified roof inspector will perform a full roof inspection. Each roof is photographed and a report is generated to note all deficiencies and is identified the roof plan. Hedberg and Son Roofing also has the capability of providing drawings and details as a convenience to our customer.
Digital photos and thermal imaging can be used to detect moisture and possible deck corrosion. This type of noninvasive/nondestructive inspection can be used to determine repair or replacement options as well as possible future leak areas.
